Penn State Hershey PRO Wellness Center is pleased to announce the winners of the 2013 Kohl’s Healthy Champions Video Contest. Penn State Hershey PRO Wellness Center, along with the Kohl’s Cares® Hospital Program, received over 15 entries in the Kohl’s Healthy Champions Video Contest.
The contest, which ran through June, was designed to recognize the community efforts to help reduce the trend of childhood obesity by encouraging healthy eating and physical activity. Families, schools and organizations based in Pennsylvania were asked to participate.
Out of the sixteen entries, four prizes were awarded – first place, second place, honorable mention and popular vote.
“Through this contest, we invited the public to use their creativity and briefly tell their story of how they bring healthy eating and physical activity choices to life,” says Ellie Hogentogler, marketing communications specialist at Penn State Hershey PRO Wellness Center. “We were very pleased with the entries we received.”
